•  The Digital Library has more than 1000 NPTEL (National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning) Videos in various branches of Engineering and Basic Sciences.
•  The Digital Library also has a collection of 300 CD-ROMs and 5 multimedia systems provided with 20mbs internet speed connections.
•  Internet connection is available to the students and faculty members for accessing digital collections, such as e-books, e-journals, etc.

DELNET

VSVNPC is an institutional member of DELNET. DELNET has been established with the prime objective of promoting resource sharing among the libraries through the development of a network of libraries. It aims to collect, store, and disseminate information besides offering computerized services to users, to coordinate efforts for suitable collection development and also to reduce unnecessary duplication wherever possible.

NDL

VSVNPC Library has subscribed to National Digital Library of India to make the Students and Faculty Members Research simpler. National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time.

1.  Strict Silence should be observed in the Library.
2.  Always wear your ID card and maintain proper dress code while entering the Library.
3.  Keep your personal belongings like bag, files, personal books, note books etc., at the property counter.
4.  Eatable items are not allowed inside the Library.
5.  Users should leave the Books / Journals on the Tables after reading.
6.  Don’t move any furniture from its respective place
7.  Avoid scribbling in the Library Books, Journals, other documents / Tables in any form including marking underlining as it is considered as violation of Library rules and will lead to initiate disciplinary action.
8.  Bring your Library ID cards for borrowing library books. Do not use others ID cards for borrowing books.
9.  Library books must be returned when Students go Home on Long Vacation.
10.  If a library books is damaged or missed, double the cost of the book a long with fine, if any, will be collected from the concerned.
11.  Magazines and journals are ordinarily not lent out. After perusal, they must be kept in their respective places.
12.  Students will be admitted to the library only on producing their identity cards.
13.  All the students are instructed to place their signature in the e - gate entrance register.
